Producing Is Better Than Using Alternatives
There is a big difference between making an alternative energy and using alternative energy resources. When you make the alternative energy have you harnessed it completely to sustain what ever needs the electricity? Or when using alternative energy resources is it from natural resources or plants oils being burnt into smoke literally, that have been grown for fuel instead of for food for the world? These may not seem like pertinent questions or points today, but tomorrow if the sun comes up would you worry about using alternative energy resources to keep your home in running order or would you not even worry about it? Are you trying to do your bit by not using so much fossil fuel in your daily life, but trying to find out more about alternative energy solutions in and around your daily life today? The problem may be that you don t know what fossil fuels are, and that you may think that electricity does not consume these natural resources up, but they do. These natural resources are becoming less by the day, due to the demand being higher than the supply – that is a major problem.
It really doesn t help the planet or us to just start using alternative energy resources in our daily lives, we have to change our ways first and stop taking electricity for granted. With changing our mindset to still consuming less electricity, we could then start using alternative energy resources.
Your Iota Makes A Difference
It s not just about using alternative energy resources to save the planet from natural resources, but to lessen the amount of carbon emissions that pollutes the air. Doing your part for this purpose can be done quite easily, simply by driving your vehicle one day less per week to work, and use what is already out there such as a lift club or public transport. Your iota will make a difference in your mindset, but it would work better if we all did it, on a regular basis. Unfortunately there is a negative side to this, while others are saving on fossil fuels others will continue to waste it more, and still demand their basic right to it.
Doing Your Extra Bit Daily
Yes, Earth Hour is a good idea, but you can apply this on your own time in your own home on a weekly or daily basis to start saving on your consumption of natural resources.
